Bad Breath
1.       Brush twice a day- once in the morning and at night after dinner. Thereafter, rinse with a good mouthwash.
2.      Chew 3-4 cardamom seeds once in a day.
3.      Chew 2-3 parsley leaves once in a day.
4.      Lemon juice of half a lemon mixed with water can be used as a mouthwash.
5.      Include guava in your daily diet.
6.      Dry basil (tulsi) leaves in sun and powder it. Mix with mustard oil and use the paste while brushing.
7.      Consume green tea once in a day.
8.      Tongue scrapper can be used to remove dead cells from tongue.
9.      Rub pepper on the teeth to avoid bad breath.
10.   Keep clove in your mouth at least for 15-20 minutes twice in a day.
11.    Chew few mint leaves once in a day.
12.   Chew 3-4 basil (tulsi) leaves once in a day.
