1. Brush three times a day.
2. Peel orange and rub the affected area with the inner white portion and then wash it with water.
3. Add baking soda over the toothpaste while brushing. Rinse your teeth with water after brushing.
4. Drink at least 8-12 glasses of water on daily basis.
5. Brush with apple cider vinegar before going to bed.
6. Mash strawberry, make a paste and apply like toothpaste and then wash it quickly. If required brush with a normal toothpaste thereafter.
7. Avoid too hot or chilled drinks.
8. Reduce intake of excessive tea and coffee.
