Bid Adieu to Stress

10 simple steps to bid adieu to stress permanently from your life!!!

1.SELF ANALYSIS

Try to analyze your SELF. Do you get angry quickly and have started losing patience in routine day to day things. Does your day begin with an argument at home or at the office? Identify whether Stress is affecting and changing your daily habits. Does your spouse smile when you return from office in the evening? If not, you need to think hard!!! Something is changing you….And it’s nothing but STRESS.

2. SHAKE AND DROP

Stand Up and shake your body feeling that you have shaken and dropped all your stress away from your body and mind. Then, take a deep breath and give a long Smile to yourself. Repeat this simple technique whenever you feel stress is trying to overcome you.

3. PROBLEM SOLVING ATTITUDE

Always think that there are better ways to solve things. Unnecessary taking things on your head will never solve your problem. If a work has to be done, even if you are stressed out, you need to compete it, so why unnecessary give pressure to your mind and body.

Think of a constructive approach and solve the hindrance as if you are solving simple sums of mathematics. Your attitude will make all the difference.

4. SMILE AND LAUGH LOUDLY

Smile and laugh louder, your mood will suddenly change. Your mind will reinforce this positive mood and make you feel lighter and stress free.

There are many people around who hardly smile and also do not like you smiling. Make your best efforts to smile in front of them as much as you can and let them feel that they are more stressed than you. You can also infect them by your smile. Keep trying!!!

5. SEEK FOR SMALL PLEASURES

Seek for foolish pleasures like sudden singing and dancing in your drawing room, playing outdoor games with your kids, trying to cook something for your family and any other unusual activity which you have not tried till date. Do not think too hard that this will not suit your persona. Just do things randomly which you like and this will surely help in easing your stress level.

6. KID THEORY

You may have a bad day at the office or an argument with your boss and feel like quitting. Extremely Stressed and Tired. Just go home and walk straight to your kid. Play with your kid and observe his/her naughty and pleasing activities. Try and be a part of his/her activities without trying to teach or change him/her. Just try to know, engage and ADAPT yourself. Learn from your kids how they handle stress themselves so easily. They forget their insults and grieve instantaneously. You can learn the technique of adaptation at best from your own kid. Remember you cannot change your Boss or your Boss’s attitude towards you but can enhance your power of adaptability. There is a popular saying “One never leaves an organization but leaves a Boss” and Bosses are everywhere, so adapt yourself. Things may be worst if you quit because of a common reason present everywhere.

7. GET CLOSER TO NATURE

Get up early in the morning at least once a week to see sunrise. Also, stand alone in your balcony/garden area at least once in a week to enjoy the sunset. It will help in relaxing your mind and is a good natural remedy for reducing stress.

8. DRAW A LINE

Always draw a line in any kind of relationship, be it personal or professional. Remember, no one can insult you without your permission.

9. COMPARISON

Never try to compare your life with anyone. You never know that the other person may be in a worst condition than you but by comparing you will only make your life miserable. COMPARE your POTENTIALS and ABILITIES with your inner GOALS and VALUES.

10. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Always believe in yourself. Remember no one can teach you what is wrong or right until you believe it from within. This attitude will engulf the space occupied by stress in your mind declaring your mind’s victory over the demon stress.
