User Agreement

The Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of mydoctorsdirectory.com. By accessing and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement and that you accept them without limitation or qualification as may be modified from time to time. If you do not agree to any or all of these terms and conditions of use, do not use this Site.

Copyright and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the Site including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images, trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are the property of MDD are protected under applicable laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously prosecuted and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Revision of Terms

We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, discontinue a service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, and services contained on the Site without prior notice. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

Charges

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part or aspect of the Site upon reasonable prior notice. You are responsible for obtaining access to the service, and that access may involve third party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for the fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the service.

Limited Permission to copy

Limitation of Liability

The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MDD, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss relating to your use of this website and including, without limitation of the foregoing, any action you take which is in violation of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

Third party content and advertisements

Part of the Site contains advertising/other material submitted to us by third parties. Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with applicable International and National law is exclusively on the advertisers and we will not be responsible for any claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material. We reserve the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisements on the Site will be subject to our terms and conditions which are available on request.

Non transferability

You agree that your account on the Site is non-transferable and any rights to your ID or contents with your said account automatically terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.

Waiver and Severability

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Statute of Limitations

Indian Law

These presents shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Gurgaon shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms. The use of Site/services thereon is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
